P�c� P�q.GEI.Q� <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does herewith assess a rate of $ 30.00_ per parcel/acre <br />or any portion of an acre of real property within the <br />boundaries of the Porpoise Point Municipal Service Taxing <br />Unit. <br />a <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the millage as adopted <br />herein shall be fi Icd in the Office of the County Auditor <br />and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice Chairman Carolyn K.
