M <br />7. Indian River County is exempt from Federal Gasoline Tax, <br />Diesel Road Taxes and Florida Sales Tax, <br />S. Indian River County will accept fuel from trucks with <br />sealed State approved inspection meters. Trucks that <br />have State of Florida Department of Agriculture and <br />Consumer Services sealed, calibrated and certified <br />compartment tank volume markers for the petroleum <br />products being delivered are also acceptable. <br />9. SACA invoice shall reference the date of each applicable <br />List O.P.I.S., and published O.P.I.S. average for that date. <br />separately on invoice, each individual tax/free and its <br />amount that is added to the price. <br />10. Belcher must submit a copy of their insurance when <br />returning this Agreement. <br />11. This Agreement will be from October 1. 1989 to June 1990. <br />Thank you for prompt consideration to this matter.
