FLORIDA <br />and <br />LLONALD MIXEL�I <br />4440 62ND COURT <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32967 <br />FOR EXTENSION AND INSTALLATION OF WATER'SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this 26th day of September , 1989, by and <br />between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, (County), and <br />Llonald'Mixell, (Owner) <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, the Owner desires to have water service made available <br />to certain property located in Indian River County, Florida, <br />described in Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and hereby made a part <br />hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has required the Owner at the time of <br />installation of a water main on 33rd Street to connect to that water <br />main; <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the County and the Owner <br />agree as follows: . <br />1. The owner will pay impact fees in the amount of $1,140.00 <br />per residence for water. <br />2, The Owner will pay a tapping fee in the amount of <br />$186.50 per residence, an inspection fee in the amount of <br />$20.00 per residence, a security deposit in the •amount of <br />$40.00 per residence, and a 3/4" meter/backflow preventer <br />cost in the amount of $115.00 per residence. <br />3. The. Owner shall be able to connect to a! service on <br />Kings Highway until service is available on 33rd Street: <br />4. The owner will disconnect from the Kings Highway <br />water line within thirty (30) days of service being available on <br />33rd Street. • <br />5.
