Gallagher, Sebastian indicated they wanted some internal city <br />collector streets included on the program, and we included what <br />is called the Sebastian Highlands loop connector in the program. <br />Then Mayor Harris came on board, and there were some other road <br />priorities we included. Now that Mayor Votapka is on board, it <br />seems some of the consistency is changing on the Council, and <br />'they apparently are looking at projects we can't pin down yet. <br />Administrator Chandler reiterated his belief that it is a <br />good program and can work, but they are not giving it that oppor- <br />tunity. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDEILby Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously accepted staff's <br />recommendation and reaffirmed the County's position <br />that a County -wide Traffic Impact Fee Program be <br />implemented and that roadway capacity improvements be <br />selected based upon their technical merit through the <br />Transportation Planning Committee. <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT #003 - DECREASING TAX VALUE WEST CO.
