OCTA. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89— 29 <br />BOOK 78 ['AGE6 f <br />SECTION 6 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official acknowl- <br />edgement that this ordinance has been filed with the Department of <br />State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this day of <br />1989. <br />This ordinance was advertised was advertised in the Vero Beach <br />Press -Journal on the26th day of September , 1989, for a public <br />hearing to be held on the 17th day of October , 1989, at <br />which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowmai , and adopted by the <br />following vote; <br />Chairman Gary C.
