Section 12: language in the specific development criteria <br />section for health and exercise studios is clarified and made <br />consistent with other changes; health and exercise studios <br />are still allowed in the CN district by special exception. <br />13. Section 13: health and exercise studios were previously <br />inadvertently omitted from the special exception uses list of <br />the CN district; language is inserted adding health and <br />exercise studios to the list of special exception uses in the <br />CN district. <br />14. Section 14: "sports stadiums" are specifically added to the <br />development criteria section for "major sports and recreation <br />areas and facilities". Also, to 4 existing criteria, two <br />development criteria are added which: <br />- require mitigation of noise impacts where projects are near <br />residential districts <br />- require mitigation of traffic impacts from special events <br />15. Sections 15-18 are standard legal language sections applica- <br />ble to all ordinance amendments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: -• <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />proposed ordinance amending regulations relating to unenclosed <br />commercial amusements. <br />22 <br />
