and give staff some discretion in removing some wording that is <br />scattered throughout the ordinance that says the same thing. That <br />way, they would be allowed in the agricultural areas with the <br />other criteria, and we could add the additional criteria note of <br />"limited to daylight hours, except in commercially -zoned areas." <br />Attorney Collins wasn't too comfortable with developing the <br />special exception criteria on the fly, and preferred to do it at a <br />later date, and Chairman Wheeler agreed that staff should <br />readdress the special exception and bring it back to the Board. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard on this matter. There being none, he closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation; directed staff to proceed <br />with the special exception and bring it back to the <br />Board; and adopted Ordinance 89-30, amending the Zoning <br />Code in regard to modifying and establishing regulations <br />relating to unenclosed commercial amusements, etc. <br />24-a <br />LOCI 171989 <br />• <br />pooK IS MGe <br />
