That <br />way, they would be allowed in the agricultural areas with the <br />other criteria, and we could add the additional criteria note of <br />"limited to daylight hours, except in commercially -zoned areas." <br />Attorney Collins wasn't too comfortable with developing the <br />special exception criteria on the fly, and preferred to do it at a <br />later date, and Chairman Wheeler agreed that staff should <br />readdress the special exception and bring it back to the Board. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard on this matter.
