McCoy <br />Staff Planner, <br />DATE: <br />rector <br />Boling, MCP <br />Development <br />r urrent Development <br />October 25 1989 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SEA OAK'S RIVER HOMES IIIB <br />SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 7, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />River Homes IIIB Subdivision is a 38 lot subdivision of a 7.5 acre <br />parcel located in the interior of the Sea Oaks West project. The <br />current zoning is RM -6, (Multi -Family Residential, up to 6 <br />units/acre) with a land use designation of LD -2, (Low Density <br />Residential, up to 6 units/acre). The Board of County Commission- <br />ers granted conceptual PRD approval for the overall PRD project at <br />its February 23,:.1988 meeting of which this phase is a part. At <br />its regular meeting of October 27, 1988, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission granted preliminary plat approval to this subdivision <br />phase. This is the fourth plat of several plats covering the <br />overa-1-1-ER area. The owner, Sea Oaks Communities, Inc.; is now <br />requesting final plat approval and has submitted: <br />a final platin conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat, and approved conceptual PRD plan. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />A11 required. improvements have been constructed and have been <br />,41t <br />inspected and approved by Public Works and Utilities Departments. <br />A'VAll requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />?Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />Z' final plat approval to River Homes IIIB Subdivision. <br />NOV 71989 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0), <br />Commissioner Eggert being absent, granted final <br />plat approval to River Homes III -B Subdivision, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />7 <br />LjOOP d✓ F'f.
