The action was <br />taken by unanimous vote and each city and county government in Florida <br />is urged to adopt similar resolutions, with as much publicity as <br />possible, so that the citizens in your communities will be aware and <br />knowledgeable of this issue when it appears on the ballot November 6, <br />1990. <br />Also enclosed is a brochure designed to assist city officials in <br />understanding the complexities of this issue. <br />This brochure is designed to be informative to city and county <br />officials and is material that may only be distributed within the <br />League's membership. <br />46 <br />
