Wheeler <br />Chairman <br />MARINE ADVISORY NARROWS WATERSHED ACTION COMMITTEE <br />Chairman Wheeler reviewed the following Summary of Actions: <br />MARINE ADVISORY NARROWS WATERSHED ACTION COMMITTEE <br />Summary of Actions <br />November 20, 1989 <br />The Marine Advisory Narrows Watershed Action Committee met on <br />November 20, 1989 and discussed the following subjects: <br />1) Presentation on Environmental Learning Center <br />Holly Dill gave a slide presentation on the Environmental <br />Learning Center, and the Committee discussed a proposed <br />project for surface water retention and treatment to be <br />constructed on the Learning Center property.. <br />The Committee made a motion to adopt the retention pond <br />demonstration project as a Committee project utilizing the <br />$4,000 SWIM money, and the matching County funds. <br />2) Discussion of State DNR Manatee Protection and Boating <br />Safety Regulations <br />The Committee discussed the above regulations.
