The committee would like to have the program proceed <br />eed <br />on a flat assessment per lot basis and not on a millage basis. <br />rationale is that a $1,000,000 home and a single family lot will <br />all be assessed on an equal manner. The committee has decided to <br />stay with the current boundaries of the district. Those boundaries <br />include The Moorings. <br />I would appreciate if you would <br />providing for a flat assessment, <br />$150.00 per lot. There <br />now than a few years ago, and there is <br />seems to be more support <br />a mass petition drive <br />going on to see what kind of support they can get for this.
