BOOK 78 FAGE 49(0 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />the temporary water service agreement with Lynn Thomas <br />Hall as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AND <br />LYNN THOMAS HALL <br />RE: EXPEDITED TEMPORARY WATER <br />SERVICE AND PARTICIPATION <br />IN FUTURE SPECIAL.ASSESS- <br />MENT PROGRAM <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this 28th day of November <br />1989, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of <br />the State of Florida, k�oWNER1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />(COUNTY) and LYNN THOMAS/ NALL) . <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the OWNER desires to have temporary water service <br />made available to the property located in Indian River County, <br />Florida, described in Exhibit "A", from a new connection to an <br />existing water line (the "temporary expedited connection") before <br />the COUNTY is ready to construct a new water line (the "special <br />assessment line") which new line will be paid for by specially <br />assessing OWNER's property and other property .in the special <br />assessment project; and <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY requires the OWNER at the time of the <br />installation of this temporary expedited connection to pay certain <br />fees immediately and to agree to participate in certain costs of the <br />special assessment line when the COUNTY undertakes the special <br />assessment project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, COUNTY and OWNER agree as follows: <br />1. The OWNER will pay, on signing this agreement, the <br />following amount per equivalent residential unit: <br />water impact fee <br />tap -in fee <br />inspection fee <br />security deposit <br />3/4" meter backflow preventer fee <br />recording fee <br />+ jack and bore fee <br />TOTAL AMOUNT <br />42 <br />$1,246.00 <br />186.50 <br />20.00 <br />40.00 <br />115.00 <br />15.00 <br />$1,622.50 <br />400.00 <br />$2,022.50 <br />
