Budget Amendment #013 - EMS Matching Grant & Emergency <br />Preparedness <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Baird: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: November 28, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: BUDGET AMENDMENT 013 - <br />FOR EMS MATCHING GRANT <br />AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Bairt_T- <br />OMB Director <br />Description and Conditions <br />At budget hearings in July 1989, staff had anticipated receiving a <br />$34,929.00 Emergency Preparedness Grant (Chapter 401) which totaled <br />$69,189.00 in emergency related grants for the 1989/90 fiscal year. <br />;We have finalized these grants and will receive $36,755.00 from the <br />'Emergency Preparedness Grant (F.P.L.) which is $1,826.00 more than <br />(anticipated; however, we received only $29,650.00 from the EMS <br />matching grant which was $4,610.00 less than anticipated. <br />iPits=:'i• -•;: <br />The attached budget amendment adjusts all the expenses to match the <br />;;exact ,amount - approved for each line .item in ,,��the _.
