Collins 1I - Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: November 28, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: Requests for Return of Funds Paid in Lieu of Beach <br />Access Easement Dedications <br />As a result of the Associates Management settlement, we have <br />received the following requests for return of cash paid in <br />lieu of beach access easement dedication: <br />1. Orchid Isle Estates Subdivision <br />$52,500 paid 3/26/87 <br />$ 8,800 paid 5/7/87 <br />$ 1,580 paid 2/22/88 <br />The Budget Office advises that the cash paid to the County <br />has earned interest at 7.35%. <br />2. Little Harbor Subdivision <br />3. _ James Spoto <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Return cash paid in lieu of beach access easements, along <br />with accrued interest in the following amounts: <br />1.
