Keati , A <br />Community Developmen d Director <br />FROM: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Chief, Current Development <br />DATE: November 27, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR MEDICAL SERVICE CENTER <br />SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of December 5, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The -Medical Service Center Subdivision is a 22 lot subdivision of <br />a.t.18.5 acre parcel of land located at 900 37th Street, immedi- <br />ately north of the Indian River Memorial Hospital complex. The <br />,subject property is zoned.I ED, Medical District and is within the <br />;37th Street Hospital/Commercial Node. At its regular meetingoof <br />December `15, ._ 1988, the Planning. -and `Zoning :ommission`grane <br />preliminary plat approval for the project. Since that time, all <br />necessary subdivision development permits have been obtained and, <br />required subdivision improvements including roads, water and sewer <br />utilities, and drainage facilities have been constructed. <br />The applicant, Paul Koehler, managing partner for Medical Service <br />Center partners, the owner, is now requesting final plat approval <br />and has submitted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. covenants, restrictions, and property owners' association <br />documents: <br />DEC 5 1989 <br />3 <br />BOOK. 8 w;[ 5O <br />
