Mascola, CPO Manager <br />Division of Purchasing <br />SUBJ: IRC BID#90-24/MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Subject Bid for Monitoring Well Installation was <br />properly advertised and Fourteen (14) Invitations. <br />to bid were sent out. On Nov. 27, 1989 bids were received. <br />Three (3) vendors submitted proposals for the commodity. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff has reviewed the submittal to ascertain adherence to <br />specifications.
