Levy (1/3)(ET AL 711/955) <br />Assessment for Abatement of Nuisance <br />CV -89-11-535 <br />Public Nuisance; <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of December 19, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On September 01, 1989, Code Enforcement staff sent a Notice of <br />Public Nuisance to Malcolm S. Levy(1/3)(ET AL 711/955), concerning <br />the overgrown weed condition, the accumulation of concrete rubble, <br />discarded steel rods and_pipes, paper, plastic, and woody plants <br />(ie: Brazilian pepper -bushes). <br />The subject property was also posted as set forth in Section 13-23 <br />of the County Code, giving the Respondent(s) thirty (30) days to <br />abate the weed, trash -and debris nuisance. <br />The weed, trash and debris nuisance was- not abated within the <br />thirty day time period.
