exempt in the Sebastian River is that it is not deep enough to <br />allow for high speed boat usage in there, and if you did put a <br />channel in there, that doesn't necessarily afford any more <br />protection for the manatees. <br />After further discussion, Commissioner Eggert believed the <br />whole concern is that whatever is submitted to the state as a <br />conceptual plan doesn't lock us in. <br />Planner DeBlois noted that point has been brought up by all <br />the counties.
