r <br />�3 �Vo/4J <br />'JAN BOOK 18 PAGE 706 <br />Chairman Eggert asked Mayor Hurst what he felt would be the <br />most helpful thing right now in terms of people understanding the <br />-purpose of the impact fees, and Mayor Hurst felt that a joint <br />meeting with the Commission would be the most helpful. <br />After lengthy discussion on this matter, the Commissioners <br />agreed to hold a joint workshop meeting with the Fellsmere City <br />Council to explain the traffic impact fees once again. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved <br />the scheduling of an evening joint workshop meeting to <br />be held in the City of Fellsmere, and directed staff to <br />give public notice so that the Board may take action. <br />Administrator Chandler advised that he would be in touch <br />with Mayor Hurst as to what date would be the most convenient for <br />everyone. <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR FOUR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION <br />Por) I GrTC <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 12/28/89: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: December 28, 1989 FELE: <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />SUBJECT: MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />FOR FOUR BUILDING <br />CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, <br />FRO5�.James E.
