2. Public Works: The County's Public Works Department has <br />verified that all required improvements have been constructed <br />in accordance with the approved land development permit. <br />3. County Attorney: The County Attorney's office has review6d ' <br />and approved the plat document and the bill of sale and <br />warranty contract. <br />All applicable requirements regarding final plat approval have <br />been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the Woodbridge Estates Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Plat Approval to Woodbridge Estates Subdivision as <br />recommended by staff. <br />E. Vitunac ---County Attorney <br />DATE: December 29., 1989 <br />SUBJECT: CONSENT AGENDA - MEETING OF 1/9/90 <br />SUBSTITUTION OF LAND ENCUMBERED BY <br />WATER AND SEWER ASSESSMENT LIENS <br />Property owners of land on the West side of 90th Street <br />South of State Road 60 have agreed to exchange two parcels <br />of land of equal size and value. The land owned by one <br />owner, Mr. Pugliese, is encumbered bywater and sewer <br />assessment liens. The attached agreement would release the <br />liens on the property owned by Mr. Pugliese so that this <br />land can be traded with his neighbor and would establish new <br />liens against the property to be aquired by Mr. Pugliese. <br />Since the values of the properties being exchanged are the <br />same, the County's lien will be protected to the same extent <br />as it was before this exchange.
