BOOK. ��8 F,gU`L 846 <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-21(c) of the County Public Nuisance <br />Ordinance provides that the assessment shall be due and payable <br />thirty (30) days after the mailing of a notice of assessment <br />whereby if the owner fails to pay assessed costs within the <br />thirty (30) -days, a certified copy of assessment shall be <br />recorded in the official record books of the County, constituting <br />a lien against the property, subject to twelve (12) percent per <br />annum interest; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION- <br />ERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1) The foregoing recitals are adopted.jand ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2) The costs of county abatement of the herein described <br />weed nuisance, totaling an amount of $1,033.44 is <br />hereby assessed against Lot 134, Unit 3, of the <br />Laurelwood Subdivision presently owned by the Lomas <br />Mortgage Company, ATTN: Bankruptcy Department, whose <br />listed address is P.O. Box 660725, Dallas, Texas 75266. <br />3) The $1,033.44 assessment shall be due and payable to <br />the Board of County Commissioners thirty (30) days <br />after the mailing of a notice of assessment to the <br />landowners, after which, if unpaid, a certified copy of <br />the assessment shall be recorded in the official record <br />books.of the County, constituting alien against the <br />described property, subject to twelve (12).percent per <br />annum interest. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock _ and seconded by Commissioner <br />—Bowman and adopted on the 9th day of <br />�TdT ary 1990 , by the following vote: <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Gary C.
