SPECIAL MEETING <br />Thursday, January 11, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Thursday, <br />January 11, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; and Gary C. Wheeler. Don C. Scurlock, Jr. was delayed <br />and entered the meeting at10:05 o'clock A.M. Also present were <br />James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and announced that <br />this workshop was called for the purpose of reviewing the final <br />three concepts for the Indian River County Courthouse/Judicial <br />Complex Master Plan. <br />REVIEW OF FINAL THREE CONCEPTS FOR COURTHOUSE/JUDICIAL COMPLEX <br />MASTER PLAN <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to wit: <br />BJU� r� tAUL <br />
