JAU s 6a BOOK ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 90-4, authorizing the Chairman of the Board to execute an application for a housing rehabilitation program to assist low-income families as administered by the State of Florida's Department of Community Affairs. APPLICATION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 90-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRNJAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION FOR A HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST. LOW -*INCOME FA14ILIES AS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA'S DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has reviewed this proposal and has received the recom- mendation from the Executive Director of the Indian River County Housing Authority, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized to execute the attached Application to the State of Florida's Department of Community Affairs for a Community Services Block Grant Program (CSBG). The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Scurlock who.moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye Vice Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye Commissioner Margaret C.
