If a check, warrant, or other orders for the <br />payment of money drawn in the Commission's name exceeds the <br />sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000), said designated <br />depositories are authorized and directed to honor checks, <br />warrants, or other orders for the payment of money drawn in <br />the Commission's name, only when such check, warrant, or <br />other orders for the payment of money bears the facsimile <br />signature of the Chairman and Clerk of the Circuit Court and <br />further bears the original signature of either the Chairman, <br />Vice Chairman, Clerk of the Circuit Court, or Deputy Clerk, <br />listed below.
