Ft�GF <br />BOOK <br />and Commissioner Scurlock pointed out that if that piece of <br />property fell into someone else's hands, it could really <br />interfere with the operation of the golf course. <br />OMB Baird stressed that Hobart Park is a major regional <br />park. We started working 6 years ago to try and square it off, <br />and this is the closest we have come. <br />Commissioner Scurlock again referred to Utilities. He <br />pointed out that it is a resource available to us, and if they <br />are trying to acquire a site, maybe this would be an opportunity <br />to have an enterprise fund participate in squaring off the park <br />property and have the funds reasonably used in an efficient <br />manner. <br />Chairman Eggert felt that was a good idea. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION on the Motion <br />to authorize the appraisal as recommended by staff. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />ESCAMBIA COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY MULTI -COUNTY SINGLE <br />FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM <br />The Board reviewed the following information received from <br />William R.
