Sludge/wastewater <br />a. County presentation <br />b. City presentation <br />C. General discussion <br />2. Septage <br />a. County presentation <br />�- - b. City presentation ----- — ---- - --------------- <br />c. General discussion <br />3. Solid waste/recycling program progress report <br />a. Presentation followed by general discussion <br />Commissioner Bowman advised that she would have a conflict <br />with the February 21st date, but Commissioner Scurlock questioned <br />whether we even need to meet with the City Council on that date <br />which is only three weeks before a new Council will be seated. <br />In fact, he understands from Administrator Chandler that are very <br />close to an agreement with the City on the septage portion of it <br />on a.staff level, but there has been no indication by the City <br />staff as to any recommendation coming forward to participate in <br />the sludge portion. He felt it would be better to meet with them <br />after a new Council is seated. <br />Commissioner Bird felt that it would be best to wait until <br />the new Council members could be educated by the staff in these <br />matters, that's if a meeting is needed at all. <br />Chairman Eggert understood we have some time constraints in <br />these matters, and Administrator Chandler advised that unless we <br />95 <br />L_ <br />
