FEB 13 1990 <br />B00� 79 F:GE 1 0 <br />After more discussion, Commissioner Bird noted that, in <br />other words, you are going to the 1/5 but then looking at some- <br />thing to allow some kind of a nodal thing to allow 1/1 closer to <br />those intersections, and that was confirmed. <br />Chairman Eggert asked what the darkest green is now and was <br />told it is 1/5. She noted that we also have AG at 1/10 acres up <br />by Fellsmere, and asked if the Board members wished to bring that <br />to 1/5 too? <br />Commissioner Scurlock did not think it mattered; so, why not <br />do that too, and Commissioner Wheeler felt 1/5 should be for all <br />Of it. <br />Chairman Eggert believed that she is hearing that we have a <br />Motion to bring AG to 1/5. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />bring the AG to 1 unit per 5 acres as discussed. <br />Chairman Eggert noted that next she is hearing that we have <br />a Motion to put in a special policy statement and develop the <br />nodal concept around 512, 60 and Oslo at 1-95. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously directed staff <br />to put in a special policy statement as discussed and <br />develop the nodal concept around CR 512, SR60 and Oslo <br />where they intersect with 1-95. <br />The Chairman asked that the Board next address the reduction <br />of densities suggested by the Civic Association as set out on the <br />following graph which was submitted earlier, along with the <br />proposed map which is on file: <br />92 <br />
