The final assessment is limited to the cost of $282,800.00 for the <br />grinder pump systems, $527,500.00 for line extension, and $510,000.00 <br />• for impact fees. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the final assessment resolutions. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 90-24, establishing the actual cost for the <br />low pressure grinder pump system for the Rockridge Area <br />Sanitary Sewer System (designated as Project US -08 -CCS) <br />to be paid by the special assessments with regard <br />thereto, etc. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 90-25, establishing the actual cost for the <br />line extensions for the Rockridge Area Sanitary Sewer <br />System designated as Project US -08 -CCS to be paid by <br />the special assessments with regard thereto, etc. <br />KOK I9 1,A"E.32po <br />FED 0 1990 63 <br />
