1. After deducting the amount of the applicable state and federal pants, <br />the actual cost of the improvements to be paid by the special assessments is in <br />excess of $282,800. <br />2. Accordingly, no credit shall be given against each special assessment <br />with respect to the improvements and each special assessment shall be in the <br />amount of $700 ($282,800 divided by 404 properties). <br />3. The special assessments shall be payable as provided in Resolution No. <br />88-100. <br />4. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 11-47, Indian River <br />County Code. <br />5. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />The foregoing Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Scurlock— <br />and <br />CurloCkand the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />.
