He would, however, like to have 90 days. Director Pinto explained that the Computer Aided Drafting System is something the Department needs as a whole. It is not a real involved system, and while he is not anticipating personnel at the present time for this part,Ycular job, they are looking at some positions the Department has and may change a position title to enable that person to work on a CAD system.
