Tuesday, March 13, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />March 13, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB <br />Director; and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Administrator <br />Chandler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert asked that Item 813(1) Ordinance for Repeal <br />of South County Fire Advisory Committee be withdrawn from the <br />Agenda. She also requested that a request from Christopher <br />Schlitt for additional R/W compensation be added as 10G(5); that <br />an FDOT Agreement be added as 10G(6); and that a letter <br />concerning the immigration of Martin Wall's family be added under <br />her matters. <br />Administrator Chandler advised that the applicant on Item <br />8A(2) - Martin Levy - has asked that his appeal of a levy for <br />public nuisance abatement be withdrawn and moved to the next <br />agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously removed, added <br />and transferred Agenda items as described above. <br />MAR 131990 `�' <br />�00� � t�' f uE <br />t��J <br />
