Director Davis advised that the current zoning/land use <br />designation on that piece is RM -3, and Attorney Collins wished to <br />state for the record that the Pletcher tract does have some <br />frontage on the extension of Country Club Drive. There is an <br />extension there between lot #105 and the Pletcher piece. <br />Director Davis added that much of the Pletcher piece is in <br />oak hammock and has some areas that are not declared as wetlands. <br />There are distinct differences in the properties. <br />Commissioner Bird understood then that was the justification <br />for the differences in the appraisals. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
