Approval of_City of Vero Beach Appts__to County Committees <br />The Board reviewed the following appointments made by the <br />City of Vero Beach, and it was noted that Molly Beard and Mike <br />Wodtke have previously been appointed to the Economic Development <br />Committee and the Parks and Recreation Committee: <br />Kevin Doty - Transportation Planning Committee <br />Kevin Doty - Tourist Development Council <br />Kevin Doty - MANWAC <br />Jay Smith - Beach Restoration 6 Preservation <br />Committee <br />Commissioner Bird just wished to know how often the Beach <br />Restoration and Preservation Committee meets now and where <br />Commissioner Wheeler, who chaired that Committee, sees it going. <br />Commissioner Wheeler advised that the Committee has not met <br />in over a year. The primary project was beach restoration, for <br />which the City of Vero Beach accepted the sponsorship.
