Over the past three years, the average District contribution of the County's Medicaid <br /> costs to AHCA was 27.8%. Therefore, using this percentage, the District will reimburse <br /> the County for 27.8% of the County portion of Medicaid expenses owed to the State. <br /> The District under the interlocal agreement will make payments to the County each year <br /> in 12 monthly payments. <br /> FUNDING <br /> The only cost associated with this item will be the recording fees in the amount of <br /> $44.00. Funds are available from General Fund/County Attorney's Office/Legal Fees- <br /> Acct# 00110214-033110. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement; authorize the Chairman to execute same; <br /> and after the Hospital District has approved and executed same, authorize staff to <br /> record the original in the public records of this county. <br /> dr/nhm <br /> Attachment <br /> 162 <br />
