Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP) Agreement <br />Amendment No. 3 and Resolution Authorizing the Chairman's Signature <br />IRC Project No. 0545B - 66" Avenue from SR -60 to 41St Street <br />FM#: 425883-1-58-01 <br />DATE: October 2, 2014 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners entered into a Transportation Regional Incentive Program <br />(TRIP) Grant Agreement for construction (widening and reconstruction) along 66th Avenue from SR - <br />60 to 41St Street with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on June 1, 2012 for a 50% <br />shared estimated cost of $11,419,204.00. Two Amendments have been executed by the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the FDOT increasing the total grant by $1,121,554.00, for a total <br />amount of $12,540,758.00, and revising the deliverables schedule. <br />Due to delays with utility relocations, unforeseen conditions and inclement weather, staff <br />requested FDOT for a time extension to the Agreement expiration date. Amendment No. 3 is to <br />extend the expiration date of the Agreement until June 30, 2015. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding is budgeted and available from Optional Sales Tax/Road & Bridge/SR 60 to 49' Street - <br />Account # 31521441-066510-06040 and Traffic Impact Fees/District II/SR60 to 49th Street -Account <br /># 10215241-066510-06040.
