• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING PORTIONS <br />OF CONSERVATION AREA TRACT E AND TRACT F IN THE VILLAS AT THREE <br />OAKS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements ("Tract E" and "Tract F") <br />in The Villas at Three Oaks Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, portions of the conservation easements, depicted as Parcel "A"and Parcel "B" on Exhibit <br />A attached, are being replaced by comparable conservation easements, and therefore retention of the <br />easement portions serve no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portions depicted as Parcel "A" and Parcel "B": <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br />This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of <br />2014, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
