ORDINANCE NO. 2014 <br />intent of the Board of County Commissioners to reinstate the impact fees in effect prior to the <br />effective date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION FIVE: EFFECTIVE DATE OF IMPACT FEES. <br />The residential impact fee rates contained in Appendix A of this ordinance shall take effect on <br />February 2, 2015. The impact fee rate for High -Cube Automated Warehouse use shall take <br />effect on November 3, 2014. All other non-residential impact fees remain in effect in <br />accordance with Ordinance #2014-009 adopted April 22, 2014, or until further amended. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 29th day of September <br />2014, for a public hearing to be held on the 14th day of October, 2014, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner <br />, and adopted by the following vote: <br />Peter D. O'Bryan, Chairman <br />Wesley S. Davis, Vice -Chairman <br />Bob Solari, Commissioner <br />Tim Zorc, Commissioner <br />Joseph E.
