DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: October 14, 2014 <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Canceling Taxes on Property Acquired for 66th Avenue <br />Right -Of -Way from Three Dogs & A Horse, LLC <br />A Resolution has been prepared for the purpose of canceling any delinquent, <br />omitted or current taxes which may exist on the property acquired by Indian River <br />County from Three Dogs & A Horse, LLC for 66th Avenue right-of-way.
