Rule 14.98.005, F.A.C. <br />500-065-01 <br />SAFETY <br />06/10 <br />38. Checkpoint Reporting. Any law enforcement agency that conducts DUI checkpoints shall attach a copy of the After <br />Action Report for each checkpoint operation conducted during a quarter to its Quarterly Progress Report of <br />Performance Indicators. <br />39. Child Safety Seats. Any implementing agency that receives funds to purchase child safety seats must have at least <br />one staff member who is a current Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Failure to comply with this provision shall <br />result in the termination of this agreement. <br />40. Buy America Act. The subgrantee and its implementing agency agree to comply and require consultants and <br />contractors to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Buy America Act (23 <br />U.S.C. 313 et seq) herein incorporated by reference. The subgrantee shall include the Buy America provisions in all <br />subcontract awards. <br />41. Special Conditions. <br />E- VERIFY <br />Vendors/Contractors: <br />1. shall utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E -Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all <br />new employees hired by the Vendor/Contractor during the term of the contract; and <br />2. shall expressly require any subcontractors performing work or providing services pursuant to the state contract to <br />likewise utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E -Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new <br />employees hired by the subcontractor during the contract term. <br />21 <br />130 <br />
