He stated that key issues addressed in the <br /> document included: impacts to the communities from the high <br /> speed rail; funding subsidies for the Project; and the condition <br /> that proposed train stops must be approved by the Central <br /> Florida Expressway Authority (f/k/a/ the Orlando/Orange <br /> County Authority).
