ORDINANCE NO. 2014 - <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING SECTION 204.12 "STANDARDS FOR <br />FRANCHISE ISSUANCE" AND SECTION 204.15 <br />"FRANCHISE RENEWALS" OF CHAPTER 204 OF THE <br />CODE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ENTITLED "SOLID <br />WASTE DISPOSAL" TO REQUIRE THE APPLICATION <br />PROCESS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUEST <br />FOR PROPOSAL PROCESS; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />Section 1.
