EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This Extension of Lease entered into by and between Indian River County, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero <br />Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter referred to as "County" and Indian River Soccer <br />Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, whose address is P. O. Box 650611, <br />Vero Beach, FL 32965, hereinafter referred to as "IRSK, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREFORE, County is the owner of the real property described and depicted <br />on Exhibit A attached; and <br />WHEREAS, IRSA and the County entered into a Lease on November 15, 1994 for <br />use of a 16.5 acre parcel for development of soccer facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lease was amended on January 25, 1995 to provide for a new <br />legal description; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lease was amended on February 22, 2000 to include an <br />additional 1.84 acres of property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lease was further amended on June 10, 2010 to provide for a <br />reduction of the rental rate from $200 per year to $1 per year; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the Lease agreement for an additional 20 <br />years as contemplated in that Lease agreement, <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency is hereby acknowledged, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br />288 <br />
