In accordance with the provisions of HB 7207,the County hereby acknowledges and gral <br />two year extension for the major site plan approval and initial concurrency certificate. <br />Based on the above referenced extension, the major site plan approval is extended from November <br />2012 to November 13, 2014 and the associated initial concurrency certificate is extended from May <br />2011 to May 11, 2013.
