In-kind service costs are not considered cash. <br /> (2) "Capital Improvement Plan" means that portion of an applicant's adopted local <br /> comprehensive plan which indicates a schedule of capital improvement projects, including <br /> estimated costs and target dates for completion. <br /> (3) "Corridor" means an area of real property suitable for development as a <br /> recreational trail. <br /> (4) "Designated Greenway or Trail" means those greenways and trails designated <br /> as part of the Florida Greenways and Trails System pursuant to Section 62S-1, F.A.C. <br /> 23 <br />
