Currently 16% <br />of invoices are paid by the VISA program. The County received a <br />rebate of $165K which was deposited in the general fund. This <br />program resulted in operating, printing and mailing costs savings. <br />• Paperless initiative is continuing with A/P and H/R systems. <br />• The County has received Certificate of Achievement For Excellence in <br />Financial Reporting for 30 consecutive years. <br />
