_I <br />BOOK 79 1 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, Commissioner Wheeler having left <br />the meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />Developer's Agreement with Oslo Plaza Associates. <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AND <br />OSLO PLAZA ASSOCIATES <br />Granting reimbursements for oversizing certain <br />offsite utilities required by the County <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this 10th day of April <br />1990, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of <br />the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960, <br />(County), and Oslo Plaza Associates (Developer); <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in conjunction with the construction of <br />Oslo Square Shopping Center, is extending offsite sewer facilities <br />to serve the subject project; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has required the Developer to oversize the <br />offsite utility improvements to serve the regional area and has <br />agreed to reimburse the Developer for the cost of.oversizing these <br />offsite utilities; <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the County and the Developer <br />agree as follows: <br />1. The Developer shall construct all necessary offsite <br />utilities, including oversizing necessary to serve <br />the subject project and surrounding area.. The County <br />and the Developer are in agreement as to compensation <br />for the oversizing of offsite utilities and impact - <br />fees as outlined below: <br />2. The Developer will be responsible for h maximum <br />$135,000.00 contribution towards the construction of <br />the pumping station and force -main system. <br />84 <br />
