(6 7)The activities and strategies to be undertaken by the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Program in providing and encouraging affordable housing shall be consistent <br />with the most recent Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Plan approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners and Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) and meet <br />requirements of the Section 420-9075 F.S. and Rule 67-37 FAC. include, but not be limited <br />(a) Impact fee assistance: Eligible persons or sponsors may be awarded loans or grants for <br />(b) Purchase assistance: Ownership opportunities may be created for eligible persons <br />through mortgage interest reductions, and/or low or no interest loans for down <br />(c) Emerg9ncy Ropair Assist neQ: iq persehs m be awarded emer enc, re air <br />lean., to renovate such units fer-use as eligible housing. <br />(7 8)The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners may elect to provide additional <br />funding to supplement and/or augment funds provided from the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Trust Fund for administration and implementation of the Indian River <br />County Local Housing Assistance Program. <br />IP Program to provide the required annual reporting on the <br />the State SHIP Program requirements and the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Plan. <br />(11) Housing units receiving assistance from both the Indian River County Local Housing <br />requirements of any of the other applicable programs, including the Indian River County <br />--- - - ee-•- - •--_-__..---• <br />(Ord.
