Compensation for the Administrator, as detailed in the Cost Summary for <br />Negotiated Contracts (page 24), shall be the total sum of up to Two Hundred and <br />Thirty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200$235,0007Q0). -This includes an <br />original negotiated contract price of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) <br />payable for grant administration services tied to the County's original base grant <br />from DEO of Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred and <br />Twenty Five Dollars ($4,680,825.00) plus up to Thirty Five Thousand Dollars <br />($35,000) for grant administration services associated with the County's <br />approximately $1.69 million in PI funds. It is recognized that payment of the <br />additional Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) is justified by the basis <br />provided on page 25 of this contract and that payment of this amount is dependent <br />upon the availability of NSP funds through Administrative closeout of the grant <br />after all County expenses are paid (reimbursed by DEO). In no case shall total <br />payments to grant administrator be less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000) or more than Two Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand Dollars <br />($235,000). <br />To date, the Administrator has invoiced the County for and received <br />payment for One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) out of the <br />original Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) contract amount.
