provision of principal reduction assistance to low -to moderate -income <br />homebuyers; and the creation of "land banks" to assemble, temporarily manage, <br />and dispose of vacant land for the purpose of stabilizing neighborhoods, <br />encouraging re -use or redevelopment of property in regard to all HUD and <br />D€4DEO regulations, and preparing all necessary and all requested responses to <br />inquiries from Local, State, and Federal governmental units. <br />10. Evaluate the various subsections of the Project according to HUD and <br />DGADEO regulations and prepare all final reports to HUD and D€4DEO. <br />11. Provide all reports relating to the Project as required by the Florida <br />Department of Gammunity AffairsEconomic Opportunity. <br />12. Prepare adequate advertising regarding all aspects of the Project to <br />ensure active citizen participation, including but not limited to the environmental <br />aspects of the project. <br />13. Complete the work anticipated to be outlined in the Community <br />Development Block Grant — Neighborhood Stabilization Program contract between <br />Indian River County and D€ADEO. That contract will be finalized upon the <br />County successfully applying for and obtaining NSP CDBG funds. <br />14.
