being considered for acquisition under the NSP Program. <br />2. Furnish the Administrator, when available, reports regarding property, <br />boundary, right -of way, zoning, comprehensive plan concurrency, building <br />permits, flood plain elevations, which the Administrator may rely on in performing <br />its services. <br />3. Assist the Administrator in obtaining right -of entry and release of <br />liability forms from property owners. <br />4. Designate a member of the Local Government who will act as a contact <br />person with the Administrator to facilitate and transmit instructions, receive <br />information, and generally assist the Administrator as may be necessary. The Local <br />Government shall submit the contact person's name to the Administrator within ten <br />(10) days of the signing of the contract. <br />5. Give prompt notice to the Administrator whenever the Local Government <br />observes or otherwise becomes aware of any defects or problems with the Project. <br />6. Inform the Administrator of all meetings relevant to the NSP project <br />involving non-profit housing organization partners, property appraisers, <br />contractors, surveyors, realtors, home counselors, and other applicable service <br />providers. <br />C.
